All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during high-volume periods may require additional processing time.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.


2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Estimated delivery timelines within India are:

  • Minimum Delivery Time: 3 business days
  • Maximum Delivery Time: 7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays or unforeseen circumstances

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, Kshnaé cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.


3. International Shipping

For international orders, estimated delivery timelines are:

7–14 business days

International shipping timelines may vary due to:

  • Customs clearance
  • Import regulations
  • Country-specific shipping procedures
  • Local courier operations

Customers are responsible for any applicable:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Additional international charges imposed by their country

Kshnaé is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or international courier services.


4. Prepaid Orders Only

Currently, Kshnaé accepts prepaid orders only.

We do not offer:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Pay on Delivery options

All payments are securely processed through trusted payment gateways.


5. Failed Delivery & Reshipping Policy

In case an order is:

  • Not accepted by the customer
  • Unreachable during delivery
  • Incorrectly addressed
  • Undelivered due to customer-related reasons

our courier partner will make up to three delivery attempts.

If all delivery attempts fail, the shipment will be returned to Kshnaé.

In such cases:

  • Reshipping charges may apply
  • The customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost required for re-dispatch
  • Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable

Kshnaé reserves the right to deny repeated failed delivery requests.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

Kshnaé shall not be held responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Incorrect phone numbers
  • Incomplete shipping information

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately before dispatch.
