Refund policy

At Kshnaé, every jewelry piece is carefully selected and packed with attention to quality, presentation, and detail. We conduct thorough quality checks before dispatch to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition.

As a jewelry brand focused on quality, hygiene, and delicate craftsmanship, we maintain a strict yet fair return and refund policy to protect both our customers and our products.

Damaged or Defective Products

We only accept return or refund requests if the item received is defective or damaged at the time of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • The issue must be reported within 4 days of receiving the order
  • Clear unboxing images/videos and photographs of the defect must be shared via email
  • The product must remain unused and in its original condition

After reviewing the issue, our team will determine whether the request qualifies for a replacement, store credit, or refund.


No Refund Policy

Kshnaé generally does not offer refunds once an order has been placed.

However, bank refunds are only offered in cases where the product received is verified as defective or damaged upon delivery.

In approved cases where a refund is not applicable, customers may receive:

  • Store credit
  • A coupon code valid for future purchases

All store credits or coupons issued will remain valid for 6 months from the date of issue.


Size Exchange Policy

We take pride in maintaining accurate sizing information for all our jewelry pieces.

If you experience a sizing issue:

  • Contact us within 4 days of receiving your order
  • Only one size exchange request is permitted per order
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

If the required size is unavailable, customers will receive:

  • Store credit or a coupon code that can later be redeemed on the website

The issued credit will remain valid for 6 months.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products purchased during sales or promotional events
  • Customized or personalized jewelry
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards
  • Combo or bundled products
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage

Product & Packaging Condition

To qualify for any approved return or exchange:

  • The jewelry must be unused and undamaged
  • The item must not show signs of wear, scratches, tampering, perfume, body odor, or alteration
  • All original packaging, including the jewelry box, pouches, tags (if applicable), and protective materials, must be returned in perfect condition

Returns may be rejected if the packaging or jewelry box is damaged, missing, or improperly handled.


Return Shipping Policy

For approved returns or exchanges:

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us
  • Return shipping must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit

Please note:

  • In the absence of customer availability or inability to answer courier calls, the delivery partner may cancel the reverse pick-up attempt
  • In such situations, the return process must be re-initiated, which may increase the overall processing timeline

Additionally:

  • While most pin codes are both forward and reverse serviceable, certain locations may only support forward delivery
  • In such rare cases, customers may be requested to ship the product using an alternate courier service such as India Post or any other available provider

If return shipping charges exceed the standard amount of ₹60, the additional amount exceeding ₹60 will be reimbursed after verification.

To claim reimbursement, customers must email:

  • Order ID
  • Registered phone number
  • Registered email address
  • Courier receipt/proof of payment
  • Details of the return request

In case of non-serviceable reverse pickup locations, customers will be responsible for returning the jewelry to our warehouse address.
